Meet the Red-Cat Team

Rachel and Ben are the co-founders of Redcat Digital. They are partners in their private life, been together for 21yrs and have 2 beautiful small children (5 & 7yrs old). The dynamic duo is on a mission to help small businesses with all types of tasks. Rachel is the project manager, the chief organiser, planner, researcher and go getter, while Ben prefers to work on coding advanced apps for businesses.

If we meet on video call, it is likely you will either meet the red cat or red dog, as they are always wanting mummy snuggles while i work.

Ben Routley (Red)

Meet Ben, a highly skilled web developer and firmware engineer with a Ph.D. in Physics and a passion for creating innovative solutions. With a solid foundation in physics, Ben brings a unique perspective to web development and firmware engineering, leveraging their analytical skills to create dynamic, efficient systems.

As an expert in Angular and Firebase, Ben has a proven track record of building innovative, responsive web apps that are optimised for performance and user experience. Additionally, their proficiency in firmware development for STM32 microcontrollers and USB communication protocols allows them to tackle complex projects, from IoT applications to USB device drivers and communication interfaces.

Rachel Harris (Cat)

Project Manager, Website Designer, Administration

Rachel is a driven and detail-oriented professional with over 10 years of experience in project management and customer service in the Web Design and Development Industry. Her first 8 years was leading a team for Wordpress & WooCommerce websites, now within Redcat Digital she specialises in Squarespace and WIX, but has VA jobs in both Wordpress & Shopify to maintain her skillset. She has a proven track record of delivering outstanding results in fast-paced and dynamic environments. Rachel is a skilled communicator who excels at building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. With a passion for continuous learning and personal development, Rachel is always eager to take on new challenges and make a positive impact in her work.
