Objective:
Lea has been training, coaching, healing, mentoring, and guiding people out of their comfort zones, and helping them to embrace their edges, while always feeling safe and always through a generous lens. She wanted to rebrand her business with a new name, logo and website to match, this is where Mindful Movement and Energy was born. Leanne and her friend Vicky engaged with me at the stage where she had her logo, and started her website however the design was not matching how she wanted it to look and feel for herself and for her customers. On our first consultation call, I could feel Leanne’s passion and energy flow for her business and started to work with designing a theme and a homepage layout that she would love. Leanne is quite skilled with a large diversity of practices for both the physical body and energy healing, she also provides women’s retreats, so from a customer journey point of view I needed to capture all of these elements and have a very easy and intuitive navigation for her website while also having a calm and intuitive design.
Outcomes:
Squarespace Website:
I designed a beautiful Squarespace website utilising her colours, fonts and lovely images. With the Energy Therapies and Movement Session pages I have used a ‘blog’ functionality within Squarespace, so that i could show a summary of all of the different practices on this first page. This functionality also enables the user to click through and learn more about that individual service. By utilising the blog functionality I was able to use the ‘archive’ dropdown search on the main page as another user experience intuitive function for her customers. I also introduce 3 pale colours to separate the main services of Energy, Movement and Retreats.
For the retreats, I utilised the Events component withing Squarespace, with dates, times, and information sections for each event.
