Objective:

Katie was grinding away on instagram and the website she had built herself, doing all the hardwork. I noticed her website was not showing up in Google to find potential customers. The objective was to do on-page SEO to optimise her website for Reiki and Holistic Massage so potential new customers would find her via Google.
As her business grew busier, she wanted to re-brand herself from domain, logo, website.

Outcomes:

Google Search:

The first step was to optimise her website pages, headings and meta titles and descriptions and to submit her sitemap to Google Search Console. I then created a Google Business Profile for her to gain reviews and feedback about her business.

Squarespace Website:

With re-branding her business, together we designed a logo, chose new fonts, colours and icons to use within her website. I then got to work with updating the layout of the homepage and updating the theme settings in Squarespace. Katie now has a website she is proud of!

I have been working with Rachel for 2 years, after sourcing her professional advice with all things SEO. I found Rachel’s extensive knowledge and experience in this area extremely comforting as she guided me in the right direction with such clear and open communication.

I didn’t dive into the world of small Business because I’m ‘good’ at business, in fact, the opposite, I’m a creative and visionary. While starting up the ‘fun’ parts of my business felt relatively simple, my plan however was lacking a professional backbone that I could lean on.

Engaging in Rachel’s service resulted in being booked out 2 weeks in advance to 7 weeks! She opened my eyes to the world of SEO and how to build a 5 star Google business Profile! I now have 50 genuine 5 star Reviews and am ranked highly in my local area.

By engaging Rachel’s professional expertise, I have been able to hand over my digital stress and focus on what I’m actually good at. And this adds far more value to my business than anything!

Without Rachel, I would still be grinding the social media story, creating digital fatigue and losing hope in my reach. By undertaking her services, I’ve been able to shift my priorities, stay in my own lane and avoid the overwhelm of ‘comparisonitis’.

The trust that I have found in Rachel is beyond belief, not only does she take care of my digital woes effectively with ease, I feel as though I’ve hired myself a boss (the best kind!). Someone I can confide in, bounce ideas and stay accountable to.

Rachel’s flexible approach to VA support means that as my business fluctuates, she too embraces the flow of work. When things are quiet, rather than step away, Rachel simply steps back and remains in the background, ready to step up when I need her most. Her professional agility is amazing! And it’s so comforting to know that I have someone to call and lean on in times of need.

There are so many wonderful things I could say about Rachel, however, I will finish with this.

Rachel is a VA that owns deadlines like a boss and dives deep into any given project. Her communication is impeccable and I love that not only does she save me time, effort and tears, RacheI does it with empathy and understanding.

With her can-do approach, no task is ever too much for Rachel and equally, no question is too silly. With compassion, Rachel holds my hand and leads the way, teaching me tricks and tools along the way.

Rachel, I deeply value your motivation, flexibility and patience. Thank you for helping me to balance the realities of small business.
